I don’t have time to tie my shoelaces up let alone worry about paperwork for my business. Matt as CFO and the team at BW Advisers joined PETstock in 2005 when we had just 12 stores – 5 of which were regarded as franchised. Having now ticked over 10 years in this role, the up and downs of a fast growing business see us with 150 stores towards the end of FY2019 with 60 of these as corporately owned. The role has involved the standard compliance involved in taxation, ASIC and GST but also extended to high level structuring, capital raising, key man insurance coverage, and the most recent project in taking our model offshore.
